Nestable builds modular homes in a factory and delivers them to site, so a buyer picks a model instead of drawing one up from scratch. There are three: Ukiyo, Elysian and Odyssey. The buyers are landowners with a spare block, and operators putting cabins on a property for short stays. We built the website for the Geelong business, along with the experience centre booking behind it.
A modular home is an unfamiliar purchase. People want to know what the thing is, how long it takes and what turns up on the truck, and none of that was answered in order. Each model now has its own page with a cutaway of the floor plan and a brochure to download, and the production and handover steps sit on one page as a numbered sequence.
The range leads the site now. The homepage runs from the opening image into the model carousel, and every card ends on the same two actions: download the brochure or book a visit. Further down there is a section for someone sitting on an unused block. On a phone the navigation collapses and a messaging button stays pinned in the corner.
A short palette of dark green, sage, sand and near-black holds it together, used the same way on the model pages, the about page and the custom build page. Photography carries most of the pages, so the content-managed templates are built to take a big image across the full width without the layout breaking around it.
