What UI and UX design covers
Four ways we work on the interface

UX audit
A structured review of the site or tool you already have: where people arrive, where they stall and what stops them enquiring. Analytics, session recordings and a walk-through against the five tasks your buyers came to do, written up as a ranked list of fixes.

Flows and wireframes
The path from landing to done, drawn before anything is coloured in. Every screen, every decision point and every dead end in grey boxes, so the argument about what goes where happens on paper while changing it is still cheap.

Interface and states
High-fidelity screens in Figma with your real content in them. Forms, tables, filters and search, plus the empty, loading, error and success states that most designs skip and every developer then has to invent on the spot.

Prototype and testing
A clickable prototype put in front of five people who match your buyers, before a line of code is written. It costs less than finding the problem after launch, and it settles most internal arguments in an afternoon.

Top-rated for three good reasons
Businesses looking for ui and ux design in Australia choose us for reasons we can put a number against.
300+ websites, six years
Enough builds behind us to know what breaks, and enough of them still running to know what lasts. Trade, industrial, ecommerce and B2B.
One team, three disciplines
Design, development and search marketing under one roof. Most businesses this size pay three suppliers who have never spoken to each other, and nobody owns the result.
Published pricing, no lock-in
The price list is on the site before you call, builds are fixed price, and the monthly plans are month to month. You own the domain, hosting and code throughout.
UX design agency
Good UX is the absence of friction
Nobody praises a form for being easy. They just finish it. The measure of interface work is how many people complete the task they arrived to do, so the job is finding every place a person hesitates, misreads a label, or gives up and phones instead. We find those places with session recordings first, then with five people and a prototype.
- Fewer fields, sensible defaults, the hard question asked last
- Filters that use your buyers' words, not your product codes
- Error messages that say what to do next
- Every task finishable on a phone with one thumb

Designed with the build
Screens that can actually be built
An interface designed in isolation is a wish list. Our designers sit with the developers who will build it, so every screen is checked against the shape of your data and the cost of making it before anyone falls in love with it. That is the difference between a prototype that becomes software and one that becomes a change request.
- Feasibility checked at wireframe stage, not after sign-off
- Real data shapes from your CRM, ERP or catalogue
- Components reused across the whole product
- Specs, tokens and assets handed over, not just pictures

Frequently asked questions
How much does a UX audit cost?
A UX audit is from A$2,000 inc GST, fixed, delivered in 10 working days. You get a ranked list of fixes with an effort estimate against each one, a recording of the readout call, and wireframes for anything we think needs redrawing. The list is written so any developer can act on it, not just us.
What is the difference between UI and UX design?
UX is the structure: what screens exist, what order they come in, and what each one asks of the person using it. UI is the surface: how those screens look, read and behave. We do both, and the order matters. Flows and wireframes first, visual design after, because moving a box is cheaper than moving a build.
Can you redesign a tool another agency built?
Yes. We start with an audit of what is there, keep the parts that work and redesign the rest. You rarely need to rebuild to fix a bad interface. If the code underneath cannot carry the fix, we will tell you that before you spend anything on design.
How long does it take?
21 days from the day we have your content. Content is almost always the bottleneck, and we will tell you that before we quote rather than after.
Do I have to move off WordPress?
No. We build on WordPress, Shopify, WooCommerce or Next.js depending on what the site needs to do. If your current site works and only needs one part fixed, we will say so.
Are we locked into a contract?
No. Builds are fixed price, and the monthly plans are month to month. You own the domain, hosting and code in your own accounts throughout.
